I have completed my registration. What is the next step to receive Request For Proposals (RFP’s)?

You will receive an email/text alert notifying you that your registration has been entered into our database of roofing contractors. As a registered Roofing Contractor with BidOnRoofs.com, when RFP’s become available you will be sent a text and email notification. Your BOR representative will forward RFP’s and will be available by phone, text or email to assist.  

How does the bidding process work?

You will receive an RFP form that details the roof install specifications. You enter a bid amount and hit the send button. BidOnRoofs.com forwards the bid to the insurance company. If your bid is competitive, the insurance company will provide to the property owner. 

How do I find out if I am the winning bid?

The property owner will contact you directly to schedule an appointment to pick up the contract and deposit.

Is there a fee to receive RFP's from insurance carriers?

How many other Roofers are bidding on the same job?

For the insurance company and property owner to get an accurate or current local market price, a maximum of three (3) roofers bid on each job.
